We also offer an on-site surgery suite, allowing many outpatient procedures to be performed in a convenient and personal setting when appropriate.

We place a strong emphasis on diabetic foot and wound care. Many diabetic patients experience reduced sensation and circulation, increasing the risk of injuries, ulcers, and slow healing wounds. Regular foot exams and podiatric visits play an important role in prevention and early treatment. Our diabetic shoe program includes in-office measuring, shoe selection, ordering, and fitting, with a variety of styles and sizes available.

Podiatry Associates also treats conditions such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, heel spurs, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, fungal nails, ankle injuries, wounds, and poor circulation. We serve patients through outreach clinics in Walsenburg, La Junta, and Canon City.
