Our Pueblo office is located on the south side of Pueblo. We are in the Plaza Del Sol center on Moore Ave., one block West of Prairie and Northern near South Side King Soopers. Please call us for directions.
In La Junta and Walsenburg, we see our patients at offices at the hospital in each location. In Canon City, we see our patients at the Parkview Specialty Clinic. We schedule all our patients through our Pueblo office. Specific directions to help you find our clinics at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center in La Junta and Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center in Walsenburg can be obtained by calling our office at 719-564-2391.
